MyndShape builds and supports high-performance cultures. For nearly fifty years we have taught the mental framework, strategies and skills that let people perform at their best when the pressure is greatest.
Culture is a living part of your organization. It determines how people interact at every level, inside your walls and beyond, and it sets the rhythm of the work your teams do every day, individually and together.
Our Performance Thinking program draws on nearly fifty years of scientific research and practical experience with high performers around the world. We teach the mental framework, strategies and skills that underlie performance, and we give people practical tools to reach a high-performance mindset even under extreme pressure.
The proprietary ACT Model applies techniques used by thousands of world-class athletes, business leaders, special forces operators and other professionals who face the demands of today's high-pressure environments.
Industries on every continent are transforming quickly as technology pushes toward a new global future. That makes genuinely high-performing cultures more valuable than ever.
Many organizations describe themselves as high-performance. Do their people actually show the attributes that make a high performer? Do they understand what those attributes are and how to develop them?
The difference between success and failure is often as little as one percent. That margin is built from small gains that lead to big results. It is why your A-game matters, and why the techniques we teach have such a meaningful impact.
Imagine your company if every member of your team could reach their highest level of individual performance when it matters most. The capacity to truly be on can spell the difference between exceptional success and average results.
Three ways to work with us, from a full year of one-on-one mentoring to large group experiences.

Individual mentoring and coaching built on the ACT Model process, following a group seminar experience.
The ACT Model is a finely tuned process built for the challenges of a high-pressure world. It creates a structured practice of self-critique and self-correction, shaped to optimize performance. Our training develops the skills and framework to control focus and maintain confidence.
By first understanding and then modelling an individual's high-performance characteristics, we build a personalized toolkit and strategy that lets anyone reach a high-performance mindset, even under extreme pressure.
Our training programs deliver wide-ranging benefits for individuals and for the teams around them.
